These terms and conditions form the basis on which you can visit us and our website. Please read them carefully as they contain important information.
By placing an order with us you agree and accept these terms and conditions. Our terms and conditions are subject to change at anytime therefore it is your responsibility to check these before ordering our products.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive a receipt of your purchase from PayPal and a confirmation email from us.
Items are priced in pounds sterling and are exclusive of postage and packaging.
When placing your order online all payments are processed via PayPal or by Card. This is a secure and confidential way of making a payment. We are notified of your order and the total cost and do not have any access to your credit card details. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to make a payment.
Alternatively if you wish to pay via cheque or BACS please contact us to place the order. Once payment has been received your order will then be dispatched.
Due to all products on this site being handmade we do try to make and hold a sufficient amount of stock however on occasion the product you have ordered happens to be out of stock we will notify you immediately.
We aim to send out orders within 3 – 5 working days. Due to our products being handmade and being a small company please note this may take a little longer at busy periods throughout the year. However if you require your order as soon as possible please contact us and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
For special orders such as personalised items please allow up to 4 weeks for making time.
For Commission orders we will give you an approximate delivery time on the date of ordering.
All delivery dates are approximate and are subject to availability and making time of the piece.

Returns, refunds & exchanges:
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase however if you are not satisfied please notify and return it to us within 14 days in its original packaging and original condition with proof of purchase, and we will be happy to refund or exchange to the value of goods.
You are responsible for the cost of the postage of your returned items unless the item is faulty, in which case a full refund for postage will be given.
The cost of your purchase will be refunded within 7 days on return.
We cannot be held responsible for goods getting lost being returned to us, therefore please retain proof of postage and notify your delivery company.
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days to arrange a return.
Please note we cannot accept returns on custom made/commission items.
You can keep track of your order updates in the ‘my account’ section by logging in to your account that you have created.
Please note we cannot be held responsible for loss or delay of items being sent to you.
We reuse and recycle packaging as much as possible.
All of our products are designed and individually hand crafted in Britain. We take time and care to provide descriptions of the pieces to be as accurate as possible, however due to the handmade nature there will be variations in colour and decoration from piece to piece, and may slightly differ to the images listed on the website. This adds to the originality and individuality of hand crafted pieces. All stated sizes are approximate.
We take your confidentiality very seriously and we do not supply any of your information on to third parties when creating an account to place an order or joining our mailing list. By subscribing to our mailing list this is simply to keep you updated with any products and events we feel may interest you.
